Spectacular location in the historic area, very specious rooms, and fair staff. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. I got free upgrade and loved it. Smooth check in and in general impeccable service. Spotless and imposing hotel in North Jacksonville district.

Customer service was really handy. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like buffalo wild wings that was only 20 minutes' walk away. It truly was a comfortable experience...
